Iain Horne is a Salon Owner and the founder and CEO of Nexus Revolution. He fell into the salon industry at nineteen, when he and a couple of mates; none of whom were hairdressers, brought a salon as a way to meet women! What they got was a team mutiny and a strong lesson in Salon Management. Ever since, Iain has devoted his work to managing Salon Businesses better.
